Return policy

  1. Return Eligibility​ Items are eligible for return solely if they remain unused, unwashed, and retain all original tags, labels, and packaging. Products exhibiting signs of wear, stains, or alteration—including removed tags—will not be accepted. Defective items (proven to have quality issues upon receipt) are exempt from the "unused" requirement but must still be in their original condition.​ Time Limitation​ Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the package receipt date. We will not process applications submitted beyond this timeframe. For items received on weekends or public holidays, the 14-day period commences on the next business day.​ Return Process​ First, submit a return request via the designated platform section, providing your order number, product photos (if applicable), and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number. Pack the item with the RA number clearly marked on the package, then ship it via a reliable logistics provider. Finally, upload the shipping proof in the return request section for tracking purposes.​ Return Notes​ Please remove all personal accessories (e.g., belts, brooches you added) before returning the item. We recommend using traceable shipping services, as we assume no responsibility for packages lost or damaged during return transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item dispatched).
