Order Processing
Completion of payment is required to secure your order. In case of any inventory discrepancies, we will notify you within 24 hours and present options of refund or replacement with alternative items. Orders are processed in sequence, with priority given to paid orders.
Delivery
We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure the safety of packages. Delivery time may be affected by weather or traffic conditions, and we will keep you updated on any significant delays. Please inspect the package for damage upon receipt; you may refuse acceptance if the package is severely damaged.
Return & Exchange
Exchange requests are restricted to size or color changes for the same product (subject to stock availability). Returned items must pass inspection to confirm no signs of wear or damage. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned items.
After-Sales Consultation
Our after-sales team is available to assist with product inquiries, return guidance, and complaint resolution. Please ensure the information provided—such as your order number and product photos—is accurate to facilitate prompt processing. We strive to resolve all after-sales issues to your satisfaction.
