If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return it for a full refund.
Return policy
In order to accept a return, the return must meet the following conditions:
Items should be unworn and unused.
Items must be kept in their original condition and packed.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the item.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and with original labels intact. In the event that the item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return it to you. Please note that returned items will be refunded through online store credits or your original payment method. The refund will be based on the invoice amount (including shipping). After your return is approved, please wait 7-15 days before your refund can be processed.
For international orders, if you unexpectedly receive a defective item, please contact our customer Service to request a return. Returned items must be in their original condition with the original label intact. In the event that the item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return it to you. Please note that returned items can only be refunded with a one-time unique promotional code, excluding original shipping costs.
Refunds may take time
Your refund will be processed after your returned item has been inspected to ensure compliance with our return policy. This quality check may take up to 7.15 working days.
Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed with the original payment method within 2-10 business days. We do not offer cash refunds.
Our banking institutions may require additional time after receiving our information to process this transaction and post it to your account.
What happens to my return if I pay using Paypal, Venmo, Afterpay, etc.?
If you purchase in full through PayPal, your refund will be credited to PayPal’s payment method
If a purchase is made using both PayPal and a gift card, a full refund will be issued via the gift card.
